AxC Music grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our music and utility features. You agree not to exploit, abuse, or bypass any server rate limits, attempt to reverse-engineer our system assets, or use the bot for malicious command spamming and server disruption.
The audio content played through AxC Music is fetched directly from public sources (such as YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.). We do not host or claim ownership over any streamed audio content. Users are responsible for complying with the guidelines of the respective media platforms.
To provide high-quality services, the bot may store temporary configuration settings, server prefixes, custom playlists, and system stats. No personal messages, chats, or audio data are stored or logged. For details regarding our server security actions, please check our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service of AxC Music at any time without prior notice. Abuse of premium features or violating Discord's Terms of Service will result in a permanent blacklist from using our bot.
AxC Music is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any server data loss, role vandalism by unauthorized administrators, or temporary outages of music nodes.
