AxC Music collects minimal data required to function. This includes Discord guild IDs, channel IDs, user IDs (for settings such as whitelist and custom prefixes), and server settings. We do not collect, store, or log server chat messages, voice stream audios, or personal identifiers.
The stored IDs are strictly used to execute commands (e.g., tracking who initiated a music play request, verifying if an admin is whitelisted under our Anti-Nuke protection, or deploying ticket structures). We do not share, sell, or distribute any stored guild details to third parties.
Our bot interfaces with third-party APIs such as Discord API, Spotify Web API, and Lavalink music nodes to process queries. These services may collect basic requests according to their respective policies. We are not responsible for how these external services handle requests.
All database records are stored inside a secure database file protected on our hosting infrastructure. We employ industry-standard practices to prevent unauthorized modifications or leakages. You can request your guild data cleanup at any time by kicking the bot or contacting our support team.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to align with Discord's Developer Policy changes. Continued usage of the bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
